About the Role:

The primary function of this role is to develop and execute on the test strategy for S/4 HANA Transformation. The Manager, Quality Assurance (S/4 HANA) will work closely with PM, Functional and Business teams to develop test plans, schedule and execute tests and prepare dashboards for SAP and S/4 Transformation projects. Supports the project activities to have an accurate management of testing metrics and reports. Shares experience, conducts training and supports colleagues to collectively increase the knowledge of the team.

About the Team:

This is an Individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Quality Manager

What you will do:

  • Develop test plans, and facilitate creation of test cases, and test scripts on multiple projects of varying sizes relating to S/4 Transformation.
  • Drive successful release of system enhancements / new functionalities from Development to Production through effective quality engineering.
  • Management of end-to-end test activities including test strategy, test process management, team coordination and communication.
  • Determine test automation approach and scope for the project effort.
  • Mobilize and manage test resources to complete project test execution (manual and automation).
  • Stitch across the different functionalities and facilitate end-to-end test scenario creation, manually or automated.
  • Negotiate with cross-functional teams and business partners to remove barriers and drive results, without compromising the overall quality of the end deliverable.
  • Continuously improve testing best practices and methods.
  • Develop Test Automation framework for repeatable and effective testing on S/4 Transformation.
  • Create, maintain and report testing metrics including SLAs and KPIs.

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or other technology-related program
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in managing testing on large global technical projects such as SAP and S4HANA.
  • Expertise in software test automation tools and frameworks such as Worksoft, Tosca, or UFT.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, flexible, open working style and an ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives working in a global, matrix, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong level of customer focus and attention to detail High level of professionalism, energy and sense of urgency to "make things happen"

What is Nice to have:

  • Certifications in SAP ECC, S/4HANA and TOSCA or other test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of using SQL queries and VB scripts.
  • Experience in Manual Testing & Automation testing.
  • Experience in salesforce-related projects.
  • Experience in e-commerce-related projects.
