Manage field production operations including but not limited to daily producing, injection/disposal well operations, surface equipment installation and maintenance, well bore maintenance and repairs, and chemical treatment programs. Provide support as necessary for production engineering, production administration/materials, HSE, development drilling/exploration and affiliate pipeline operations staff. Supervise company and contract field production staff for large scale oil field operation.

Must have 10+ years of oil and gas experience, including 5+ years supervising a large production operation preferred. Must be experienced with regulatory requirements related to production operations and administrative functions related to production reporting/LOE analysis/forecasting/budgeting. Must have experience with well performance analysis, including workover/recompletion recommendations. Must be self-motivated to perform job with little supervision. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required. Must have strong computer skills. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience.
