What You'll Do
  • Maintain CMC's SIP infrastructure and call management supporting ~200 domestic locations and partner with our European team
  • Install/Maintain/Patch AudioCodes SBC's
  • Assist with Architecture for voice solutions
  • Maintain Skype for Business and Teams voice environment running smoothly
  • Owns process for number porting, O365 license assignment, configuration, in partnership with Infrastructure Core Services team
  • Monitor Skype for Business and Teams Call Quality dashboard(s)
  • Assist the Engineering and Operations team to troubleshoot/diagnose voice related issues across the organization
  • Analyze existing standalone or clustered telephony infrastructure components with engineering and operations teams
  • Partner with Network and Security teams to establish any necessary requirements for new service, or trouble with existing sites
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of hands on experience supporting/troubleshooting MS Teams and Skype for business Online
  • Experience in engineering & Troubleshooting Enterprise Voice on SFB/Teams including SIP Trunks
  • In depth Knowledge of SfB/Teams Hybrid setup
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft products, technologies, and its integration with SfB Server
  • Knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, Codecs knowledge and troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to install and configure AudioCodes SBC's
  • Ability to debug network issues pertaining to voice/video traffic
Your Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field; or equivalent experience required.
