Job Description

Responsibilities
* Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details.
* Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments.
* Operates automated office equipment.
* May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
* Maintains documentation for the department which will require constant communication with the regional management.
* Schedules meetings, videoconferences, travel itineraries, etc. for assigned personnel and keeps calendars/appointments.
* Maintains contact with supervisor or other department members who are traveling or otherwise away from the office.
* Attends departmental meetings taking notes and distributing materials as required.
* Compiles and condenses routine and special reports or other information as requested.
* Composes letters and correspondence as necessary.
* Creates and modifies original presentation materials based on general input from supervisor.
* Prepares expense reports and reconciles appropriate charges.
* May be required to answer phone calls, greet visitors, and maintain office appearances.
* Distributes mail, e-mail, faxes, etc. within company.
* Sets up and maintains filing system(s).
* Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:

Must be able to work on-site in Austin,

Experience with Microsoft suite (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.)

Detail-oriented

Typical Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree; or Associate's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree; high school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 35 pounds. This position also requires 4 to 6 hours per day at a computer screen/keyboard.
