Shipping Loader: Position Grade C (Entry-level)
Position Objective
The Shipping Loader "C" is responsible for distributing completed PVC production to the necessary locations as well as pulling orders according to the pick-up list. Lastly, must be able to load flatbeds, vans, and CB rail cars.
Training
- Per the Master Training Plan in the PVC Operation Procedures.

Task and Duties
- Follow all company and plant safety rules.
- Follow all work instructions.
- Check with production about "Warehousing Confirmation List" to make sure the pallets are posted. Receive and locate the posted pallets.
- Report "Warehousing Confirmation List" abnormality to Production Department and ask them to deal with it immediately.
- Identify the return pallets with the "Return Authorization Form", and locate them to the "Return Area".
- Deliver products according to "Inventory Issuing Ticket".
- Implement physical inventory with "Physical Inventory List".
- Clean Individual area assigned.
- Inspect and maintain forklift before working every day.
- Clean storage area, loading area and forklift park area.
- Process cases from higher level management.
- Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
- Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.
Physical and Visual Activity Required

- Climbing, ascending or descending, stairs, ramps, using feet and legs and / or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized.
- Balancing, maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery moving surfaces.
- Stooping, bending body downward and forward by bending spine and waist.
- Kneeling, bending legs at knee to come to arrest / knee or knees.
- Reaching, Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Standing, particularly for sustained periods of time.
- Walking, moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances.

- Hearing, perceiving the nature of sounds with no less than a 40 db loss @ 500Hz, 1000Hz, and 2000Hz with or without correction. Ability to receive verbal communication and to make fine discriminations in sound - such as when making fine adjustments on machined parts.
- Repetitive motions, substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands and / or fingers. Example: Filing, sorting mail, starting ignition of machinery.
Preferred Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications- Minimum two (2) years forklift experience.
- Three (3) months or more in the Shipping Department.
