Responsibilities
    Management of the settlement account including wire entry.
  • Preparation of settlement statements and/or disbursement statements for commercial/residential acquisitions and refinances.
  • Reconciliation of files in title software program.
  • Tracking of post-closing escrows and file balances.
  • Perform various technical clerical tasks, i.e. file scanning.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field.
  • Keeps current with market trends and demands.
  • Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced high volume.
  • Skilled at working with urgency and deadlines, handling confidential and time sensitive material to ensure turnaround times meet requirements.
  • Knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
