What You Can Expect
The Development Associate is eligible to work remotely across the MISO region with an emphasis on locations in the MISO (Mid-Continent Independent System Operator). You will be responsible for the development of utility scale battery storage projects across the MISO market.
Every day in this role you will be supporting development efforts on portions of the Company's ~9 GW of existing MISO positions, greenfield development, and project acquisition in energy storage and renewable energy development in the MISO market. You will communicate complex development situations to leadership and internal groups, and work through development issues from the start of development through construction. You will travel as needed for siting, development, and commercial activities to keep development on track.

Salary Range: $74,500.00 - $114,195.00 USD
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
