Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Cultural Representation

  • Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's Culture and Guiding Principles.

  • Maintain a close working relationship with members of leadership and have knowledge of company activities on a corporate level.

Communication and Coordination

  • Facilitate effective communication between the team and other internal departments to assist with information exchange, problems, and requests.

  • Design and create visually compelling presentation decks for internal and external purposes.

  • Proactively manage the calendar for the SVPs and Regional Development Partners including all travel arrangements and internal and external meetings.

    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring timely and well-prepared sessions.

    • Manage all meeting coordination details including location, catering, AV equipment, meeting materials, etc.

  • Provide timely and effective communication and scheduling via e-mail, telephone, etc. to internal staff, external partners, and consultants.

Operational and Administrative Excellence

  • Act as the first point of contact for team leaders for operational issues.

  • Management of data within designated systems (i.e. Workday).

  • Prepare and maintain documents including reporting, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Reads incoming mail and independently handles or attaches appropriate file(s)/information for recipients.

  • Manage expense reporting and travel accommodations for the development leadership team.

  • Contribute to the planning, coordinating, and execution of departmental events including team building.

  • Provide support for special project work.

Non-essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Maintain the annual budget planning process as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 3-5 years experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles).

  • Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.

  • Professional knowledge of all service areas and equivalent business acumen is required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Highly proficient in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.

  • Highly self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrates integrity and upholds organizational values.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills when making decisions

  • Highly motivated self-started works effectively with minimal direction.

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Can-do, proactive, and resourceful attitude.
