Job Description

- Analyzes raw data and creates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to assist leadership manage projects Upholds regulations and guidance for state and local policies and WIOA laws Validates data requirements and information

- Evaluates personal and financial data for status verification Identifies compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation Updates standard operating procedures and quality assurance manuals

-Confers with management to identify training needs such as projected milestones and deliverables, changes, and any other findings Plans and conducts staff training

-Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Associate's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or experience in related field;

- Bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of WIOA laws, regulations and guidance, and state and local policies desired

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions and features Strong analytical and communication skills

Additional Information

This position will work directly with the Project Director to make certain that the program is meeting contract goals and requirements.

Under supervision and direction of the Project Director, you will:

  • Implement total quality assurance procedures and changes within the case management, enrollment and customer unit.
  • Implement and provide change management when changes to policy/procedure occur
  • Manage communication and coordination of case management, enrollment, and customer service
  • Participate in or lead outreach activities

In addition to monitoring cases, this position will include:

  • Writing processes and procedures (Experience preferred)
  • Responding to internal and external monitoring reports (board, 3rd party, and internal)
  • Interpreting and comprehending current policies, procedures, and program guides
  • Developing new processes based on state guidelines

Required skills include:

  • Excellent reading, comprehension, writing, and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor staff
  • Being process-driven and solution-focused
  • Being a team player and modeling the LEGACY Principles

Bachelors degree preferred, High School Diploma/GED required.

Minimal Travel on occasion - Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver license and vehicle insurance.
