ICON is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support People team operations, employees, and managers across the organization. In this role, you'll continue to build your human resources expertise through owning tasks and initiatives related to employee relations, benefits and leaves of absence, performance management, and payroll. This role will sit within the Total Rewards function of ICON's people team and work closely with the Human Resources and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams. Our ideal candidate is ready to leverage their transferrable experience and drive to develop their expertise to provide an exceptional employee experience. This role is based on ICON's Austin, TX campus and reports to the Director of Total Rewards and People Programs.
